When the bearing is overheated or the lubrication is deteriorated during operation, the hydraulic pressure shall change the lubricating grease in time. When changing the grease, clean the old lubricating oil with gasoline
Clean the oil groove of bearing and bearing cover, and then fill 1 / 2 (to 2-pole) and 2 / 3 (to 4

4. When the service life of the bearing is over, the vibration and noise of the motor will increase obviously. Check that the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following values, namely
Bearings should be replaced.
5. When disassembling the motor, take out the rotor from the shaft extension end or the non extension end. If the fan is not removed, take out the rotor from the non shaft extension end
To facilitate extraction of the rotor from the stator, damage to the stator winding or insulation shall be prevented.
6. When replacing the winding, note down the form, size, turns, wire gauge, etc. of the original winding. When these data are lost, ask the manufacturer for them at will
When the original design winding is changed, one or several performances of the motor are often deteriorated and even cannot be used.
